We understand that every lake is different and so a 'one-size fits all' calculation is almost impossible, BUT as a fishery manager have you considered how much of your feed actually gets consumed by the species you are investing in?
Although many feed baits (take Pellet as an example) are relatively cheap in comparison to boilie - when you compare prices of what actually gets eaten there isn't much of a difference. So it's paramount that what is actually being digested is good for the carp and helps them to grow.
Our estimations below are based on a multi-species lake feeding Medibaits Medicated Boilie. Lakes with carp only and stock-pond setups will obviously be different.
